I read in the rulings page:
-------
Things that are played "at the end of round" (Disarm, Taste of Vitae, etc.)
are played after all presses for the round are handled (if the round makes
it that far; they can be played if the round ends prematurely, as normal).
-------
So, the two minion strikes; after the strike resolution, both are ready and
in combat (no CE played).
The first minion uses a press card, the second does not; end of the round.
The second minion plays disarm, the first goes to torpor and combat ends;
the press has no effect.

Correct?

Correct. There's no second round of combat, since the first vampire is
in torpor.

Correct. Combat ends immediately whenever one (or both) of the combatants
ceases to be ready.
