Gigabyte 9700 Pro Video In

A friend wants to give (well sell real cheap) me this card and he says it supports Video In so I can plug my VCR/TV into it and watch and record TV shows... although my understanding of the features says it doesn't?

Does it have video in features? It has an S-video cable but that's normally output right?

I think only All-in-Wonder Radeon's have VIVO.

Gigabyte 9700Pro doesn't have video in features, it's only got TV-Out.
