So, if someone plays a Visit, then Fuled by the Heart's Blood (which
replaces once diablerie is committed). They play out the Visit, then
Diablerie is committed. Do they draw to replace from the Heart's Blood
then discard down to their hand size?

So, it "destroys" ALL "do not replace" clauses? I can understand it
ignoring the "do not replace" clause when it is PLAYED, but not when
the condition of the card is met. There is no text on Visit or Events
that say that you ignore their replacement text.

As above, Heart's Blood is played, the Visit is then destroyed later,
then when there is no more Visit, diablerie is committed. The
condition of Heart's Blood is fulfilled and you replace. Since your
hand size is still the same, then you should immediately discard down
to your hand size.

LSJ has issued a clarification: "Cards played by the controller of
Visit from the Capuchin are not replaced at all - this overrides any
"Do Not Replace Until" clause on the cards played." [LSJ 20010913]

Sorry, no. Due to the Visit, you will not replace the Heart's Blood
after a diablerie.

Visit of the Capuchin destroys any "do not replace" clause on a card that
is played while it is in play. So, when you play a card that would not
normally be (immediately) replaced, you simply ignore that part of the
card text, and proceed as written on Visit: that is, do not replace the
card that was played, and remove a counter from Visit.
