Fail to create DirectX device

Hello,
I'm having problem with my new Windows 7 and the games/solitaires that are a part of Windows 7. The solitaires alwas say that they fail to create DirectX device. I have installed Windows 7 again, downloaded DirectX, (run and install). Tried to let Microsoft Fix it center repair this and of course restarted the computer. But, nothing helps ;-(

What sort of graphics hardware does your computer have? Go to your computer manufacturer's support site and update the driver for the graphics card/chip and see if that helps.
