VEKN 2005 rules

A quick google search turns up the 2004 and earlier VEKN rules on white
wolf's web site, but the 2005 version is only on Lasombra's
(unofficial) website. Anybody know of a more official posting of the
2005 rules?

At the top of the VTES page, click on EVENTS, then "Tournament Rules".
