This came up in a game we were playing. If another player calls a vote,
and I am OK with the vote passing but I don't want it to pass by a wide
margin because of voter cap, if I declare I am abstaining does that
mean I can not go back and vote for it if someone else votes against
it?
The rulesbook says a vote can not be changed once past, but is
abstaining from a vote a vote?

really? i did the search, clicked the first link, and was presented
with:
"Null and Abstain are the same thing there -- The vampire isn't
currently
voting.
A vampire who hasn't declared his votes is abstaining (until such time
as he casts his votes, if ever). "
which implies to me the vampire is free to throw his votes later on,
even if his methuselah said the word "abstain".

Well just so you know Ira, after preforming the search I was left under
the wrong impression. It was only until it was stated in this topic
that I understood.
