Hey,

I just ordered a Sapphire 9700 Pro and the invoice says it's the 9700 Pro B Black PCB model. Anybody hear of this? I've looked around but have no idea what the B represents if anything. TIA

who cares, if its black thats awesome, if its red, thats awesome too.
you get to party no matter what color u get.
everythings awesome!

BTW u can make it whatever color you want w/some 1337 PCB spray paint, i dont have a link, but ive heard of it and it sounds really cool. First you spray on some primer junk, that supposedly only sticks to pcb, then u spray on the special paint, and it only sticks to the primer.

Im going to look into it a little further and then maybe ill make my asus a7n8x (awesome mobo) actually look as awesome as it performs (lots of other brands look better cause of the color).

Long live ATI.

Totally agree on the mb, that's what it's getting paired with. BTW, after looking some more I think the "B" just means the black model lol, because another one had "R".

Why doesn't Asus get better colors? I think a black MB would look amazing. Also, I saw an article somewhere about people chemicals in the case that glow under blacklight (like laundry detergent does).

Those chemicals are phosphors. They are contained in lots of paints and plastics. Just turn on a black light in your room and see what lights up.

You can also buy paints that contain very high amounts of phosphors, and spray your case with the stuff. Then it would look phat under a black light. I have a 48" light in my room, and when I turn it on, the entire upstairs of my house glows it's so powerful. It's really nice.
