There is some think i need to know abour the effect of this card.

"Beginning with your next turn, the vampire gets one additional untap during
each of your minion phases for the remainder of the game. A vampire may only
have one Rutor's Hand"

The vampire can untap one more time during his minion phase ?
or
The vampire must untap one more time during his minion phase ?

Because : a vampire whick have a Rutor's Hand bleed and is blocked. After
the combat he have no more blood.
Can he say : i choose to not untap ( for exmple because an other player wait
him during the hunt ).

Can he do this ?

Thank you

He doesn't have to untap immediately.

But he does have to untap before the end of the minion phase.

Meth A has Etrius, and played Rutor's Hand on turn 5. Meth B played
temptation on turn 6, and on turn 7 tempts Etrius. Does Meth B get the
untap effect as well?

I'm slightly confused because I believe "beginning with your next turn"
refers to Meth A, regardless of who currently controls Etrius or the
Rutor's Hand. Correct?

Therefore, does the phrase, "each of your minion phases" also always
refer to Meth A, or does that refer to the current controller of Etrius
or the Rutor's Hand?

Temptation aside, if Rutor's Hand was controlled somehow by Meth B,
then would Etrius untap on B's turn? And would the phrase "beginning
with your next turn" apply to B's next turn from the time he got
control of the card, from the time the card was put into play, or would
it still refer to A?

Thanks,

Ira

More plainly:

After Rutor's is in effect, Etrius is stolen. Does he still retain
the untap effect?

Yes.

Before Rutor's is in effect, Etrius is stolen. Can he untap immediately
(during the new controller's turn-in-progress)?

No. Rutor's won't kick in until "your next turn", meaning that you
have to control him at the start of your turn. Once his controller
starts his turn, Rutor's kicks in. Once in effect, it is always in
effect.

No. "You" is the controller, and the controller of a minion card is
the controller of the minion it is on.

The controller.

If Rutor's is traded by, say, Succubus Club, then sure, you'd get
some odd situations. "You" in Rutor's's text refers to the controller
of the Rutor's.

Since this has come up, and we had a question about it over on the Path
of Blood, I figured I'd ask it here.

A vampire who has an "activated" Rutor's Hand (ie, he performed the
action last turn or earlier) must untap during his controller's minion
phase. Are there any restrictions on when he can untap during the
minion phase? Can he, for example, untap before a Domain Challenge he
called resolves to avoid dealing a point of pool damage to his
controller?

AFAIK all effects that do NOT state "cannot be used during blabla" can
be used at any time you want, EXCEPT for the timing window in between
playing and cancelling a card (e.g tap barrens to draw a D.I is not
possible). So the answer is yes ;-)
