SiS 648 ATI Problems

I have Shuttle AS45GTR with the SiS 648 NorthBridge and an ATI 9700 Radeon All in Wonder. I've downloaded the latest drivers that I can find for everything a installed them.

The problem that I have is that after about 10 minutes or so the system locks and I have to reboot.

This is very frustating as you can imagine.

Any ideas or tests that I can run to find out what the problem is?

I've your same problem with a 95500PRO if you disable Agp fastwrite, and set agp mode to 4x form Bios the system seems more stable
