I'd say this is a deck well suited for Beretta goodness - provided you
have at least 10-12 of them to thrown in.
It's not that difficult to tone down this deck to 90 cards indeed:

Nice.

I'm wondering how good some Brujah Debate would be in here, for the
maneuvers and extra votes (for defense only, see below).

Skip the Fourth Tradition; save precious actions. You can recoup blood
with Taste of Vitae.

>10 Suprresing Fire

I'm not sure that 3 Bewitching will help. I'd ditch out all
vote-related in this deck. If you just want votes for defense, Brujah
Debate is way better with this crypt and a bunch of 2nd Traditions.
I'm also not sure if 10 Supressing Fire are needed. I've ran a deck
with 8 guns and 8 Supressing and ended up discarding the first two or
three copies I had. This deck is more focused on gunslingers, so I
think that 8 is a good number.

Forget about these. Even if you insist on playing poolgain votes, swap
the Autarkis for Consanguineous Boon. Even if you have no vote lock,
you'll always be able to "trade" a later Con Boon for votes in yhe
first one you call for yourself.

Now, Beretta or not Beretta? That's the question...
If Beretta, swap all of these guns for it.
If not Beretta, go all .44 Magnum. If you're going for diversity, add
1 or 2 Sniper Rifles to your Prince. 2nd Tradition + Sniper = less
cards used in combat.
>4 Arms Dealer
Even if you intend on using him, no need for 4 copies. Diversify
including Al Army's Aparatus. Or just raise the total of guns to 12
and leave the gun-grabbing out of the picture.
>6 Concealed Weapon
A little more. Put the number of these as close to the number of guns
as possible. How about 8?
>7 Psyches
>4 Pursuit
>4 Blur
>4 Thrown Sewer Lid
No need for these. You won't get a press since only Theo Bell has POT,
and you risk drawing these during a close-range combat or after a
Drawing Out of the Beast when you really need a Sideslip. Not worth in
this deck.

Try to raise the number of Tastes right now. At least 6.
I'd go with something like this:
