I was wondering what do you guys expect?

do you expect much performance difference between these systems?:

Centrino 1.6 GHz ATI Radeon 9000 512MB DDR 266MHz
Centrino 1.4 GHz ATI Radeon 9200 512MB DDR 333MHz
Centrino 1.6 GHz ATI Radeon 9200 512MB DDR 333MHz

The difference between the 1.6 9000 266 and the 1.4 9200 333 is the main question.
The difference between the 1.6 9000 266 and the 1.6 9200 333 is the second question. (yes i know that 1.6 9200 333 is faster, however how much?)
