There is an incredible amount of people asking questions which have been asked and answered a fu(king million times before.
There are s-h-i-t-l-o-a-d-s of newbies asking questions that they can see at THG explained step by step, with pictures and in an idiot proof way.
People has asked ten million times how to unlock bridges, and in the CPU thread you can see 10 different topics asking the same thing, instead of reading the previous topic, people just posts a new one.
I have explained 20 times how to enable DMA mode, and people keeps asking it in different posts, the same happens with the "which is the best burner topic", "which is the best CPU for overclocking"... and this goes on indefinitely.
SO STOP ASKING THE SAME FU(KING QUESTIONS AND READ THE THREADS BEFORE POSTING NEW TOPICS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And before asking silly questions READ THE FU(KING MANUAL FIRST, AND IF IT IS TOO MUCH FOR YOU AT LEAST HAVE A LOOK AT THE PRETTY DRAWINGS
Another thing. I have learnt a lot of things by myself, so if you want to know how to do anything JUST EXPERIMENT
On the right side of the screen there is a tab which says

So how do you enable DMA mode?, LOL, dont be such a grouch, it could be that people dont find an answer specific to thier situation, and its easier to post than look, so if you see someone asking a question you have answered already, tell the poster where to look
Dammit, I will begin posting things like: "Hey, I don't feel like buying a computer and overclock it, could you buy me one and come home to overclock it and come every month to install new drivers and three times a year to reinstall Windows" - it's easier than doing it myself.
This community is filled with dummy posts by individuals having the need to get high on the community hierachy by high number of posts. The essential information at this site is drowned in this ballast of individual interests instead of serving wider publicum as (I hope) was intended.
I really hope that the admins of this community are taking actions to move chat-forum information into an other place and change the ranking of the posts to get original value of this forum back.
As such there is no further value of this community.
aww come on... there are 10,000+ posts in the CPU section... who has time to go through it? Its frightening just looking at it...
besides, let say I wanted to OC my CPU... I look at the old post, and it tells me I need to mess with the switches and jumpers and bridges and I spend hours and still can't do it right and mess up my system...
whereas if I asked the same question today, somebody would tell me that my motherboard now supports jumperless BIOS setup and I don't need to worry about all that stuff...
or say if I wanted to know what's the best setup or the newest driver and how do I get it, for my Video Card or mobo or RAID controller... you think 6 months old post would be helpful? Or even a month old post?
information CHANGES these days... what was true last week isn't necessarily true today... and the quality of our answers to the same question will hopefully improve as well, since we're all learning more everyday...
but finally, it really isn't about laziness of people who ASK questions, its about laziness of people who ANSWER questions... every few weeks we get somebody who rants about "gosh-darn it, they expect me to actually answer all these questions"... this is a forum, its what its here for! if you don't want to answer them, just don't answer them... don't call people asking them stupid though
the only question I won't bother to answer any more is "AMD or Intel", not because I'm too lazy, but because its bound to spark another moronic flame-fight by fanatics from each camp, and I'm too tired of those...
otherwise, if I know the answer, I'll be more than happy to help any newbie or expert who asks a question, even if I heard it zillion times before... because I know I either asked a silly question yesterday or will ask one tomorrow, and I hope that people will show me the same tolerance and kindness I try to show others
