Does Rotschreck 'works' with Blood of Acid when the opposing minion doesn't
really 'hit' you?

No. Blood of Acid is "environmental damage", i.e. not inflicted by a
minion.

Cannot be played in response to aggravated damage done from
"environmental" sources. [RTR 19961113]
