Horizontal gray in my laptop screen suddenly pops up

Hell ive problem with my monitor now, it gray horizontal lines appear suddenly, what shall i do?

hey walker,
i have similiar issue with my hp brand new laptop. i had returned that laptop and buy another one and this new laptopn also has that problem

and my system is 4 gb ram,amd radeon graphics ,amd a4 and 1.9 ghz

is this problem due overheating or something??
plz give me solution..
