Are there any plans to update the card text files available in the
download section at White Wolf?

In the download section? Sure, plans there are.

But for those who would have them now, they're under the
VTES -> Old VTES Site -> Downloads (I update those personally
whenever the html pages are updated).

Okay, I found them. I figured up to date files existed in other than
HTML format as I thought folks used the .csv files for their
deck-building programs. I just was looking in the wrong place.
