Hello, WHENEVER I AM USING MY WEBCAM, HAVE MY PICTURE UP OF ME AND THE CONTACT, WHEN I TYPE THE PICTURE GOES OFF, AND I HAVE TO CLICK TO GET IT BACK ON. THE ICON ON THE BOTTOM, WHERE IT SAYS ' MY WEBCAM"
WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN, AND THERE IS A LOUD SHRILL WHEN I TRY AND USE AUDIO

Look in the camera menu bar (file, preferences, etc) for an "always on top" option. That should make the cam window stay open.

As for your audio problem there are many possible reasons. Make sure there are no active "EM" emitting things near the speakers. This means lamps, clocks, your monitor, etc. Make sure the cord between the speakers and computer is good. Make sure the volume isn't up to high. And finally you might want to look for a driver update.
