How do I find the WEP/WPA/Security Key/Password for my wireless router

if you're the owner of the wireless router that you're trying to connect to then you should know its password.

If you are attempting to connect to your own network, then you should already know. If you forgot it then you should be able to reset the router back to factory default and then configure it again.

You must use WPA/WPA2 protocol for the Nook; it does not recognized WEP which is an older less secure wireless protocol. I found out the hard way trying to setup friend's Nook to her wireless network.
