What hardware are you using? Obviously not that which is supported in this
newsgroup (Microsoft's Broadband Networking hardware and software) since it
is only for North America. I'd suggest you post to the
microsoft.public.windowsxp.network_web newsgroup if you're using Windows XP.
Otherwise there are other general networking newsgroups you might try.
