A "Black Hand" isn't a title. If a Black Hand vampire changes sect to
Camarilla or Independent, will he remain Black Hand? What about Black
Hand Seraphs?

Those vampires that are inherently Black Hand or Black Hand Seraph (it
is written in their text boxes) retain their status. However, due to
the wording on Blooding and Seraph, a vampire who obtained Black Hand
(or Black Hand + Seraph) status in the game will lose it if he or she
ceises to be Sabbat.
