why can't i get my fps over 60 in cs?
I have a gf4 ti 4400 and way more than enough in other areas.
This shouldn't be an issue.

You probably have Vertical Synch turned ON in your drivers setting.

Put if off.
Also in CS, go to the console and type fps_max 100

That could be what your monitor's refresh rate is set to, and as such, that is what it will return to you. Getting rid of vertical sync will help too.

that could be the problem


cause with my old comptuer last year (duron 1gig, 384m SDR ram, Radeon 7200 64m) i got like 130fps average lol.. its an ollldd game
