Do you think it is worthy to buy an ATI RADEON 9500NONPRO for 140$ off the internet with same-day shipping? Most importantly, is it worthy to upgrade it as a replacement to my Geforce3?

It means they'll ship it the same day you order it. Doesn't mean you'll receive it that day.

It's just a guarantee that your order won't sit in somebody's in-box for three or four days before they bother to process the order.
