Yeah, that would be the Wildcat 4 7210 also by 3D labs, it is the true big boy.
However the 880 is their most recent offering, which isn't on their website but it is in this Beyond3d article:

Alot of benchmarks for the older 970 and 560 out there, but they are really their 'budget' offerings :tongue:

Anywhoo, I doubt they can keep up with the Neomagic for Solitaire, I believe the Neomagics are Solitaire optimized!

It's funny you keep mentioning NeoMagic...thats the video system(if you can call it that) I have in my laptop...pretty craptacular. Still though, it plays dvd's perfectly through WinXP, even though it was a windows98SE P3 machine from the factory...I also play UT on it through software rendering!

That's something I would like to see sometime... a review of various high end graphics cards vs the top of the line nvidia and ati gamer cards... see the performance difference in both 3d apps and also in games...

Yeah actually it's quite funny, I remember reading in CPU (I think) it saying that the ATI Fire GL 8800 getting lmost twice the frame rates as the R9700 and ti4600 in the Lobbey scene of 3Dmrk2001se. I found that pretty cool, especially since it's not an OPEN GL game/app.

Anywhoo, yes I too would like to see that as I'm planning on getting a FireGL X1 come fall. It would be neat to see if it will play games well too. I know it 'SHOULD' play worse, and should be 'acceptable', but it would still be interesting.
