Getting the right voltage for my card and board?

I have an Intel 845PEBT2 board and a Sapphire 9700 non-pro, are they the right voltages for each other? I'm assuming it's the AGP slot that has to have the same voltage.

Thanks

Your mobo has an AGP slot supporting 1.5V AGP 4X cards. The R9700, even though it runs at AGP 8X, should also work in your mobo. However, you won't be able to take advantage of the 8X transfers.

true, although 8x over 4x dosnt mean much of anything at the moment.
im not sure how the agp slot voltages work with ATI cards, becaues theres the additional power connector.
do they power different things? like the additional connector powers only the gpu, or the gpu and ram, and the agp voltage supplies everything else?
ne1 know how this works?

Long live ATI.
