Cant install java on windows 7

I keep getting error message "the installer cannot proceed with the internet connection settings"

I have installed java on both the 32 bit beta and 64 bit beta versions of windows 7 with no problems. I would recommend going and redownloading java cause it sounds like one of its cab files has become corrupt. It is not a java error it is one windows gives out when it is told to do some like open a file and cant.
