Graphics Card problem

I got a problem with my friends Geforce 4 Ti4200, Hes had it for about 8 months and had no problems with it whats so ever, He just moved and we hooked it up and still no problems and we shut it off to do some other work.

His brother turned it on to look at something and it started loading Windows ME and than after it loaded it just got a red and yellow blinking box with a number 01 in it. I have no idea what happened to this card. I tried it on my computer and I get the samething as well.
His system is
800 Mhz Pentium 3
128 MBs of SDram
Intel board
Windows ME

That cards a wee bit of overkill on that system buddy!
You said you tried it in your system, what card did you have in your system before you swapped em?
Neways, tell him to take it back to best buy or wherever he got it. Theyll test it, and if its faulty, theyll give him a new one, as long as he hasnt modded it.

See thats why people shouldnt let their little brothers use their comps!
