Itunes crash

When I try to add my music folder the program crashes
I am using a Dell Inspiron 1545 running Windows Vista 32bit

I have also tried starting itunes in safe mode and also created a different user account on the machine and still had the same result and the system is completly up to date

After I uninstalled iTunes and reinstalled it this is the error code I got
