König USB VG5 doesn't work

König USB VG5 i just bought i have innstaled the disc that came with. but when i opend the Debut Video capture software that came on the disc it says "No device of this type is present"

and it also cant auto download "usb 2.0 video capture controller driver not found "

So if you know where i cant get the usb 2.0 video capture controller driver or know how to fix this proble plz help
