How to use TVOut on non-tvout card

My girlfirend's display was crashed. She uses her computer mostly for watching DVD/RM. So she wants to connect the graph card to TV. But the graphcard is tnt2 m64 without s-video port. So does anybody know a transformer which can transfor CRT signal to s-video signal? Thank you very much!
