I need some help with the Instant Music device. I've recorded an album on Nero Trax, but I can't move it to ITunes. I tried the export feature but the file came out garbled. What is the best procedure for recording directly in a format for ITunes?

What formats can iTunes read? That nero thing can export to all the standard formats such as wav and mp3. If iTunes cant even read wav files that is pretty sad.
