Mandatory Action and Philippe Rigaud

Philippe Rigaud's text states "When any older vampires are in torpor
that Phillipe may diablerize, he must attempt a diablerie action
(unless he must hunt)".

Is it a mandatory action? If i have other vampires can they do there
action first or i have to immediately try to diablerize with Rigaud if
they are older vampires in torpor.Thank you.

uhuh. if it wasn't it wouldn't really be a dissadvantage. You could rescue
with your other vamps before you acted with Phillipe. Phillipe is just an
excuse to play with Vulnerability
