256MB cards 4 sale?

I've been seeing all of these reviews for the nVidia and ATI cards, but when are they actually going to go on sale for the public?

Also has anyone heard about the new S3 cards? I was reading they had a similar architecture to the radeon 9800, but at the 130nm design rule.

You should be seeing the 256mb cards in store in about a month or so. And BTW, I was following the S3 story closely for a while there...but they kinda fizzled out...too bad.
