which manufacturer?

so I'm going with the radeon 9500pro. i'm on a budget so I'm trying to get the cheapest one i can that is quality and has the goodies. i don't really know what the differences between manufacturers are. i've heard a little about Sapphire so I was looking at a couple of those, but I really don't know.

Which manufacturer should I buy from, and which specific card from them?
