Buckler + wand?

If you use you buckler hand to activate a wand, do you lose the
buckler's bonus to AC? If yes, is the answer any different if it's a
wand of a swift spell?

Don't think so. You might get the -1 to attack if you are using a ray
or ranged touch attack from the wand... up to your DM really.

It says you can use a bow without penalty, so unless the wand requires
melee touch attacks you wouldn't have to take the penalty.
