corrupt icons / display

I have funny yellow lines / blue dots around my icons.
Also blue dots / yellow lines on dark backgrounds.
Seems to disappear if I F5 refresh, but a real pain on picture editing.

Help!

Update or downgrade your video card drivers. If you overclocked the card, put it back to default GPU / MEMORY speed.
