I'm looking for a DV2500 systemboard under $500. Someone, please give me information on this sale.

You can get the entire laptop for $280 although there are multiple dv2500 models so you need to be more specific. I saw a couple mobos for ~100 but I wouldn't recommend spending so much on old hardware. If you want to spend $500 look at a new laptop.
