here ya all go, codec for some movies off the net without sound-----this may help!!!!!

Audio codec for AC3 codec (including "Tag 8192" )
http://download.divxmovies.com/ac3filter_0_63b.exe
install: just double click ac3filter_0_63b.exe and enjoy!
