I installed the MN-730 on a Dell PC running Win 98SE with no problems. I
installed the updated driver from the Microsoft website, and the driver is
now ver. 3.60.7.0. The Device Manager says that the MN-730 is working fine.
I'm using WEP 128 bit security, and I entered the hexidecimal equivalent
password in the Microsoft Broadband Network Utility (MBNU). My computer
sees the base station, and says its connected to that network, but I can't
access the internet through the PCI card.
In the MBNU, under Active Network Adapter, it shows my ethernet adapter, not
the MN-730. I've tried repeatedly to select the MN-730 in the lower half of
that screen, but it doesn't seem to take. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks,
David
