packard bell netbook wont boot
power off and on, get message 'Windows did not shut down successfully blah blah'
1. Start in Safe mode – Scrolls through with messages ‘Loads windows \ system 32 drivers\ xxxxx
2. Start in Safe mode with Networking
3. Start in Safe mode with command prompt
or Start normally. Tried all 4 options just get a black screen

Can F2 to some system ‘InsydeH20 Setup utility’ but don’t know what this does
