You can buy HD15 (VGA) to RGB (BNC) adapter cables to fit any video card. The adapter cables look like <A HREF="http://www.cablewholesale.com/specs/10h1-17101.htm" target="_new">this</A>.

However, some RGB monitors are fixed frequency, meaning not multiscan.

The adapter cable wouldn't do you much good if you have fixed frequency monitor.

Actually they work fine as long as you have the frequency set to 60Hz, which is the "default" frequency for most cards.

Anyway, ATI has non-BNC RGB outputs for televisions available for their cards on their website, which might be what he's looking for.
