powercolor 9700np

I'm planning on buying a Powercolor 97000np in the next week or so because i don't feel like spending more than about $200 for the new card. Anyways i was reading around and read that a lot of people are having problems with this card and frequently end up RMAing it. I was wondering if any of you have heard of compatability problems with the Powercolor GPU and A7N8X dlx rev 2.0 mobo. Is this card reliable, is it worth the $200 or should i spend a little extra and get a different brand? also, can someone tell me the speed of the memory? I'm guessing its around 3.6? Thanks.

Problem I heard is that it uses bad ram, making it really hard to overclock.
