Can you transfer files/folders BACK to Vista from Windows 7??

Hello,

Due to some work issues, I need to know if it is possible to transfer files/folders/info from my laptop w/windows 7 back to a laptop with vista...any info would be greatly appreciated!

Any data files can be transfered, simply by copying the folders and files to an external drive, usb stick or cd/dvd, or you can use the Windows Easy Transfer Wizard.
Any programs will need to be reinstalled, but you will need to watch the license conditions as to whether they can be used on both at the same time.
Some programs may be licensed for 3 pc's others 1 only.
