In step 2d of the workaround, I get a message "Cannot Find" when i select
Direction Up. When I select Direction Down I get the following #-007
Deleting registry key HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes\toolbar.ResProtocol\Clsid.
Any Suggestions would be appreciated.
