Every time I go to a new web page, the information bar says: "To help protect
your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this file from showing active
content that could access your computer". I can click on this message and
allow the content, but only for that web page, when i go to the next web page
the same happens, I cannot turn this off.
I have tried to change my security settings to automatically allow this
content, but it will not allow me to change them to below Medium. It displays
this error message: "Error - The recommended security level for this zone is
"Medium". The level that you have chosen is lower than this. Please choose a
security level of "Medium" or higher,"
I am running XP Home\SP2 and I only have my administrator account running.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, as this is becoming extremely annoying.

No, no such luck. Luckily its only on my laptop, so I can unfrustratingly use
my PC to browse instead. At this point, i'm looking at doing a clean install
to see if that helps.
