Is there any software that can test the speed of a graphics card just to verify the card you got is what you paid for.

Here is an example:

I ordered a BBA 9700 Pro. What I recieved was a moddified 9500. It has the 3.3ns Inferion Ram on it which shows that it is a 9500. I'm in the process of getting a law suit against these people as this is total fraud."

^^^^A way to figure out if this type of scheme has been pulled on me.

Radeonator and similar programs tell you the clock speeds. Always buy from a good merchant or retail box.

If its not broken, you're not trying hard enough.

Some (or all?) 9700s come with 3.3ns ram, and this is not a sure sign that it is a "modified" 9500 Pro.

If yours is built by ATI, then you surely got what you paid for.
Power color is one brand that uses Inferion (inferrior, lol) Ram, ATI does not. They use samsung.
Look at the ram chips on your board (8), do they say Samsung on them?

Before you start filing lawsuits, you might want to make sure it wasn't a mistake. If they lie to you, and you have proof, and they ripped you off, its a different story.
