Inspiron 9200 CD/DVD software question

Archived from groups: alt.sys.pc-clone.dell (More info?)

I want to copy a CD or a DVD or archive files from my hard drive to
one of these media.

For $71 Dell offers an add-on "RecordNow! and MyDVD Deluxe" that
presumably will burn a CD and a DVD. Is this software as good as
Roxio's Easy CD & DVD Creator?
