Intel have stopped support for those older boards (no W7 drivers), but you can try geting Windows to search for a driver by going to Device Manager, click on Display adaptor, then right click and choose update driver and let Windows try and find one.
Prior to migrating to Windows 7 did you run the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor?
