Yes. But:
Unless something makes them into a CREATURE, they don't care that they're
"sick". Being "sick" _only_ ever affects _creatures_. (And since many of the
ways to turn them into creatures turn them into 0/0 creatures, which then
generally die immediately, it's usually not relevant for them anyway.)
So: if something makes your artifact land into an artifact land _creature_
that turn, then you have to worry about whether it's "sick" or not. If nothing
does, you don't have to. For example, if you turn your Blinkmoth Nexus into a
1/1 artifact land creature before you've controlled it since the start of one
of your turns yet, it'll be a "sick" creature and won't be able now to tap
for mana, attack, or tap topump a Blinkmoth. But if you've controlled the
Nexus since the start of one of your turns, it's no longer 'sick', so does
not become a 'sick' creature when animated.
