PC won't startup - bad driver to blame but can't get into safe mode

In one session I installed some iPhone drivers in a reinstallation of iTunes and installed several Windows updates. Now I can't boot into Windows and the startup repair program gives me these details:
ProblemEventName: StartupRepairOffline
...
Problem Signature 07: BadDriver

How can I disable my drivers so I can start up Windows again? I can't get into safe mode at all. I'm currently posting this on a separate Windows 7 partition on the same hard drive.

You may have to cherry pick your files off of the partition with the problem and then just re-install windows, especially if start up repair isn't working.
