Was wondering if anybody know where to the best drivers for a Powercolor Evil Commando 2 9700 Non-Pro card?

The Power Colors use the same drivers as the built by ATI cards. A few manufacturers have their own drivers, but I wouldn't recommend them. Everyone should go with the Catalysts, or the Omegas.
