Forgotten password cant start windows 7 starter

Please help....my son has a Packard Bell Dot S2 netbook and he has forgotten his password to access Windows 7 Starter. He has no backup password disc. What do we do?
I am afraid I am not very computer savvy, and I just don't know what to do. Please help...x

other than this, can't help you. discussing bypassing password protection is not allowed here on tom's. besides, no matter what you say, we cannot verify you or your son as the true owner of the laptop. read the rules here:
